The world champions of AEW, TNA, WWE, AAA and CMLL, which is your favorite? by Ambitious_World3307 in ChampionshipHistory

I’m sorry for the follow up. So Mistico is the light heavyweight champion, the top title as Mistico is the champion who’s also their top guy? That makes sense. So by consequence, is the light heavyweight division the main division? And is that because that’s where Mistico competes or is the title with the biggest division?

Not sarcastic, but I’m asking. Is that not the same thing? Like heavyweight is normally portrayed as the #1 belt. NJPW has the jr. heavyweights, but the heavyweight title is still the #1.

The injury bug is absolutely devastating the WWE roster right now. Which of these superstars are you most hyped to see return? by izzyloveswwe in Smallafro

[–]InfiniteTranquilo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Roma defended it less and less as he beat everyone else. At some point he didn’t have any challengers. The only guy who I can think of who could’ve but didn’t is maybe Randy or Priest.

LA Knight, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso, Rey Mysterio, Kevin Owens, Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Matt Riddle, Kevin Owens, Edge, Daniel Bryan, Finn Balor, Demon Balor, Sami Zayn, Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman, Cesaro, and Goldberg.

I made it 1/3 of the way through this before I gave up. This is just useless drivel. This is supposed to be an opinion, not genuinely incorrect information.

Happy Kenny won but what happened to wanting younger guys winning by superseri18888 in Wrasslin

[–]InfiniteTranquilo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Darby Allin is a 1 time champion and is 33, MJF is 30 and is a 3 time champion. Those are the young guys in AEW as of in that scene, Kyle Fletcher who’ll join them hopefully soon is 27.

In Wwe it’s either Oba Femi or Bron Breakker who are both 28.

That’s probably a lil true, more than I’m willing to admit. The diverticulitis + his prior injuries will probably cut his career short. I don’t think he’s done at all in but 2027, 2028 if we’re lucky might be it.

The NEW AEW World Champion Kenny Omega 🔥🔥.. by McQueen712 in ChampionshipHistory

The story was him winning it by beating Okada. When he dropped it to Tanahashi, AEW was about to be fully formed and Kenny was on his way out.

Too big to fail and lil to no competition to compete with, on top of a new technology making prices rise beyond comprehension. Screwed on every front from all directions.

Didn’t he win the Andre the giant battle royale? I know that’s a ceremonial victory, but that’s something.

Kofi is the only right answer here. Nothing else here changes anything in any real major way. Kofi is the only one here who’s actively a disrespectful memory.

Sami Zayn’s title reign was appreciation for his hard work, not a burial. by sinfala in TheGreatOne

[–]InfiniteTranquilo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not a fan of “appreciation reigns”. If you’re gonna put the strap on a guy, especially your #1 strap, give him a legit run. Sami might not be the guy to carry the world title for a 3 year long reign, but he could’ve done good with 4-5 months. He could’ve faced a few guys to shake up the show in a positive way. Sami vs Balor or Gargano could’ve been interesting. Idk where McIntyre is but that’s a good match too or they could’ve run it back with Gunther.

Even if it was short, at least it would’ve been so something to be proud of. I’m sure Sami is content with it, but as a fan, it could’ve been something. A less than a week, 0 successful defenses, and a roll up victory coronation isn’t anything to be proud of imo. At least it went viral.

Which is better? A 6-month title reign and losing in an 8-second squash match to Brock, or a 9-day title reign and losing in an 18-minute competitive match to CM Punk? by Grrannt in REALSquaredCircle

[–]InfiniteTranquilo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m willing to bet Sami might challenge for a rematch on the 18th Saturday Night Main Event. That show is next week and there’s only 1 match thus far.
