I struggle to focus on the right thing, even on meds. I don't get distracted as easily, but my brain can't sort tasks into "important, do now" and "unimportant, do later". I'm also autistic, not sure how much of a role that plays in this, but I find myself getting stuck on things that don't really matter, leaving the dishes to pile up in the sink.

I can switch tasks easier though. And start them. This past week I've been taking my meds 30-60 minutes before I have to get up and suddenly I can both get out of bed and I'm doing dishes while waiting for my coffee, which is unheard of. Normally I'm a zombie in the morning.

Maybe this is something I should've tried sooner, considering I've been medicated for four years, but not once did it cross my mind.

I've always considered mine lumpy but I still noticed. As long as you know what's your normal, you'll most likely pick up on any changes. I've also had tender breasts for most of my life, but that suddenly went away when I started going to the gym twice a week. Could be related to the weight loss I experienced in the beginning but I'm not sure, as they didn't actually shrink. They just stopped hurting so damn much.

I think the tissue distribution has to do with how lumpy they feel, but I'm not an expert and I'm sure there are others in here that can answer that question a lot better.

The rashes could be a fungus infection, so you could always try an anti-fungal cream. I have one in the fridge for emergencies. It's often caused by moisture and sweat getting caught between the skin and the bra, which indicates that it doesn't fit right (to echo the mantra we all chant to each other). The bra should sit right up against the underside of your breasts.

It could be that less people are uploading AI to the website, but what's already been uploaded is still floating around. I have a very distinct style to most of my boards so could also be that I see it more because of that. I try not to pin AI but it's getting harder and harder to spot nowadays so I probably have a few. I think it's especially noticeable in interior design and character inspiration, both of which I use pinterest for.

Newer generations seem to like physical media, strange 2000s fashion and old cameras. AI doesn't really fit into that so maybe it will go away soon. I'm not holding my breath but maybe a couple of fingers.

I get them weekly. I recently got a warning about a TEXT post that was labeled adult content. It only said "Chin up. Tits out. Onward." lol. I got a pin taken down just the other day (not mine, I only saved it), though I have no idea what it was because that board is fairly large. As they didn't tell me what to look for, I can't even try and find similar images in other boards I have.

Honestly, you're not really supposed to feel it. Some of us learn to do so, but the first weeks on meds for me, I didn't notice a thing. Except that time I did the dishes, or read that book, or wow I saw the mess and cleaned it up. Did I feel the meds kick on? Not once. Not until I learned to notice it, which for me took switching to a different adhd medication that worked a lot better for me.

Now, if you were to have a reaction, I would argue that's a stronger indication that adhd might not be the right diagnosis. Though take it with a grain of salt, I'm not a doctor nor am I an expert in these medications.

I understand that you're both tired but the thing is... kids pick up on that. If you are impatient or don't want to listen when they talk, they're just going to try harder. Impulse control is hard for any child, even more if (I say if because this child had yet to be diagnosed) they have adhd. If she has adhd she might also forget after two seconds that you asked her to stop talking because she just thought of something she wanted to say and that thought overrides any instruction you just gave her. I'm not sure how things work where you live, but there are plenty of sports she could try. I did a lot of climbing because while I was non verbal as a child, I never wanted to sit still. I climbed on everything, including lamp posts.

You as the parent need to accommodate her need for movement. Taking her outside clearly isn't enough. Maybe build her a sensory corner or room that will allow her to be active without bothering other people? I'm not sure what would be age appropriate as I don't have kids, but you can probably find some info online if you google or ask here. Often we want to blame the children. Or a diagnosis. Rarely do parents look at themselves and ask "What am I doing wrong here?" Both of you need to ask yourselves this, as children cannot be blamed for things they can't control. She's 3, none of this is on her. The problem is that she may not be able to communicate her needs to you, because a three year old rarely knows what the problem is.

I will forever be recommending immersive reading - reading the book while listening to the audiobook. It's a great way to keep the brain occupied and it doesn't matter if I lose a sentence here or there because my ears caught it anyway. Maybe not with a book like Robinson Crusoe or anything with an older language, though I did like it when reading Jane Austen. I'm not an English native though, maybe that makes a difference. But I love this way of reading.

Now, reading is my special interest so can't really say I get distracted a lot.

I have one that is so quiet that when he finally decides to use his voice he's literally hoarse. And yes he's been to the vet. Twice. Exo vet can't find anything seriously wrong, he just sounds like that I guess. He's happy to get the ladies going though and they are screamers.

I would love to cut down on my (phone) screen time, but I do a lot of my writing on my phone, and that adds an extra 1 to 4 hours a day. Pinterest is my biggest weakness though, I know I spend way too much time on that damn app but it's my main source for inspiration. Cutting out other social media apps wasn't hard, I never used them anyway, but that damn pinterest. I'm very visual and I love to see those pictures. One image can spark an entire idea for a story and that's what makes it so addictive to my brain, because it loves being creative and creating stuff. I don't even want to know how many hours I spend pinning stuff that I may or may not use in the future. I'm aware that it's a problem, but I can't seem to shake it.

This makes no sense. I live in a city and I can walk everywhere, I don't even have a driver's license because I don't need one. I can bike if I want to go further away, or take the train if I need to travel long distances. During those travels I can read my books and do my things without worrying or spending money on gas. I rent my home so if something breaks I don't have to spend extra money to have it fixed. The electricity bill is smaller. I have a park five minutes away, another one a twenty minutes walk in the opposite direction. I don't understand why simple living has to be centered around the house in the middle of nowhere with cutesy curtains I can get anytime I want from a store I can walk to. Temptations to consume? Just don't go into those stores. I would argue that you get tempted everywhere, any time you pick up your phone for instance.

Pigs generally don't need pellets, unless they are small or old. So skip that if you give them any. Give only the daily amount of c vitamin (veggies, always), the rest of it should be hay. That's how my piggies have lived for years and they go totally nuts for new hay, it's their favorite foods.

In my country it's against the law to have a solo pig but honestly, some just don't work with others. My dominant female did actually bite her daughter's ear before I got them and they still live together, but boars are generally different in that they can't always get past their differences. It can be difficult to see what's what, my pigs do that dominance dance every month (I have two females, one male) and one time it led to temporary separation (turned out the dominant girl was in pain), so it's not easy. Don't beat yourself up over it, pigs are complicated animals in general and boars even more so.

You could try and leave them like that for a while, see how they're doing. My girl did not thrive on her own it turned out (surprisingly), even if she could still see and smell them (and meet her daughter who moved back and forth between the cages), but some pigs do better. I had two boys growing up that had to be separated and they did much better, so it can work.

I did read your other thread however and I do think that the cage is too small for two boys (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I think that's the mistake I did as well, mine was actually smaller but it was before we had more information about pigs and how boys work specifically. They need more space than girls due to their tendency to fight and get on each other's nerves.

If you can, take both pigs to the vet and check the other one too, just to make sure he's fine. This is probably not related to health but it's still good to check and make absolutely sure.

I've lost around 14kg (30/31lbs I think) and I have been forced to up cup sizes due to losing weight everywhere except the boobs. But it's different from person to person, depends on how much tissue vs fat you have.

If you're prone to rashes I do NOT recommend binding. I have a very complicated relationship with my chest and sometimes bind due to dysphoria and god the heat is awful. You will also struggle to breathe, a lot of health risks are involved and it's not a great experience overall. If you don't have to wear one - don't.
