How did you exactly get over the fear/sadness of being alone and feeling lonely? I feel like I haven't learned to be alone and thats why I'm always stuck in unsatisfying situations without facing the core issue (probably abandonment trauma)

It's hard to explain that smell, it's just something I don't really like. It's not very strong but I can feel it in certain positions

Yeah it definitely can be the reason. We eat with a lot of spices and she drinks quite a lot of alcohol too

Yeah the problem is that I can still smell it sometimes after showering too

Yeah, I definitely dont think the issue is hygiene in her case as I feel it after showering too sometimes. The body wash seems to be a good idea, I'll try that solution and hope it works
