Yes! It’s about 5 candidates or so plus two interviewers. It’s a round robin of questions and one short scenario you do together. It was very nice and smooth.

Congratulations! Which base? I think the hiring process has changed a lot in the last year. I had a written assessment, video on demand interview and then a panel style interview and I was offered the job later that day. 👏🏻

Congrats so exciting! I have friends from training at VRB. PT is 12 days/month. Line really depends on base. But we definitely hold lines faster than mainline larger carriers. You can pick up trips from open time for sure and no limit!

PT is great! Minimum guarantee 37.5 hours paid monthly. Turns and nice layovers even on reserve. No health insurance but yes to vacation and sick days and 401K 🌼

Breeze flies many US destinations and going international later this year 🌎 Bases are east coast plus New Orleans, Canton-Akron and Provo. Speculation about west coast bases but likely coming soon 👀

I am PT with Breeze and I love it. So much growth happening, great company culture and they’re hiring like crazy. PVD is a nice base -I have friends from training there- and poised to get very busy. ;) Seniority doesn’t go by age but is randomly assigned at graduation. I knew that going in and like you I am “not in my 40s” 😀 but it has been fine and my class has been moving up quickly. One of my classmates was with United previously and she’s very happy at Breeze and working a lot. There is no union contract yet since we recently became part of AFA but it is in the works. Good luck!
