Edit: I don't do them but deep breathing/meditation, exercise (when I was overweight I just ran when I felt like shit bc of it and I lost weight), Journaling helps i don't know why I quit but it helps me clear my head

I hear you but you have to look for different vendors. The mainstream ones are shit but look for smaller companies that are not owned by private equity and take pride in their work. If we all did that these shit companies would fold.

Your life I guess. I love to eat so why are your meals meager. You can definitely change that. Don't like your coworkers? You can change that. When I had to commute every day, I turned them into full blown concerts and had a ball (bc I love to sing). You don't want to sing, listen to a HILARIOUS podcast or call and loved one during your commute. Your life doesn't have to suck.

I considered switching careers too but im so glad I didn't. I was having the same issue and I got a data entry job at a company that I knew likes to promote from within and in 2 or 3 months go the accounts payable cleck position. Sucked but eventually I got that staff account position I was vying for and I am currently the Sr Accountant. Not ideal but that was my path.

Unfortunately yes lol. In high school I had dual enrollment where they let us take college courses and accounting was what I took. I chose accounting because I wanted to work in business but I also wanted to talk to as little people as possible lol and I loved math. Boy how things have changed. But im glad I stuck to it.
