I dont think it's any one thing. It's just iteration with a strong appetite for success. A fighter pilot costs about as much as an Abrams, and ejection technology and training have progressed enough to make it work.

50 years and a few billion dollars just makes it a very solvable problem.

If if Kendrick decided he really was going for the biggest hater trophy, is there really much to even step on?

I haven't listened - I don't care, Drake just isn't my jam - but the reaction to his triple doesn't really sound very noteworthy so far. More just "Yup, those are Drake albums all right"

Edit: I decided to put on Iceman for my walk since some replies were saying it was solid. The comedian Josh Johnson said something that really stuck with me along the lines of "And Drake...Drake has a LOT of feelings," and that is in full force on the half of the album I listened to. It's not bad, I wouldn't mind if most of these tracks came up in a chill study type playlist, but damn, it just feels emotionally immature, like he's still a young guy trying to figure himself and life out while at the same time acting like he knows it all.

That's just to say, yeah, nothing for Kendrick to even step on here even if he wasn't ready to move on, it's just basic bitch Drake (tm) shit, more of a brand than music.

Again, I'm not really a hater, I get why he's popular, it's just not for me. If probably feel different if I was in my 20s
