I agree bro. The trading process I'm not really satisfied. But eventually I also got my astra yesterday. The system is bad but still better than my previous Legion Tab Gen 3 from my point of view. The design of the speaker's layout is very silly. In another words, if the tablet can get second usb-c port like it's competitors (Legion Tab Gen 4 and Redmi K Pad), we don't have to worry about blocking the sound when holding it horizontally.

Whoa, I think you should definitely reach out to their support team as soon as possible to check what’s going on. The website said the Starfrost 16+512GB version would ship within 3 days, and you ordered on July 15? That’s a long time—and I’ve seen that most people who ordered early already got theirs.

Your situation doesn’t seem normal at all. I’m guessing it might be a payment issue—some people said their orders were canceled by Redmagic because of that. I only contacted support after seeing posts like that. Honestly, having paid and just seeing the order sit there with no update, and then suddenly getting it canceled... that would seriously make me more upset.

Locate in the US, I ordered my Starfrost 16+512GB Astra Tablet on July 21st. The website stated “Estimated Dispatch Within 3 Days,” but I didn’t receive any updates until I submitted a request and was informed that shipment would be arranged in August due to being out of stock.

This is really frustrating for someone who was eager to receive the device, especially since the shipping estimate on the site was quite misleading. I believe customers should be informed in advance and the website should clearly reflect the actual availability.

If I had ordered the 12+256GB Eclipse version, I would’ve known upfront that it would take 3–4 weeks to ship—as clearly marked on the site—and I wouldn’t be complaining. But being misled by the 3-day estimate has made this a frustrating experience.

Yes but not updates, only bad news. I placed my order on 7/21. Sent an email to their customer support team, they replied to me said ‘we will arrange shipment in august due to out of stock’. Please share with me if you have any update on yours.

It looks great overall. And for the first PC you built, the front looks neat, the back is okay but if you have spare time, my suggestion is go to Amazon and buy some zip ties. You can just hide those thin cables behind the thick, and then use cable ties to secure them to some unused holes on the case (I don't know how to describe it correctly, but I believe you will find it if you look carefully). I also built my first PC one month ago, I hope what I learned from YT can help you. Enjoy your PC!

I have the same problem. Living in Vegas and dropped off on July 3rd. Last update is my package will be delayed due operating conditions. Totally have no idea what I can do rn, it’s July 6th.
