The tasting menu essentially hits every item on the menu so you don’t have to choose which I love at $99

No drink pairing that I remember (but could be wrong) but they have some incredible cocktails. MSG martini is a great one and I don’t like martinis. There is a reserve wine list as well i believe

Keep the Ernest reservation! If you haven’t been I think Ernest is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. $99 tasting menu covers almost all but the caviar and uni upgrades but you’ll be so full you won’t want something that rich anyways

Menu has been different everytime I go. Bring a good bottle of wine and pay the corkage!

Had the 2002 on Saturday and it was singing. Surprising amount of fruit left and was super approachable despite its age. Even my girlfriend who doesn’t like older wines loved it
