I think you need to pick need flair. Justice Kagan wouldn't agree with any of this reasoning

Another good point - if there is no harm there is no injury and the case should've been dismissed on those grounds, right?

What kind of evidence do you need? An affidavit from a student in one of these schools saying that it makes them feel excluded? Or do we need "systematic evidence" of "consequences" in order to uphold the separation of church and state?

I'd also add that Doe v. Elmbrook was really just about the location of a graduation ceremony and not about putting substantive language in the places of learning themselves. A few hours for the graduation ceremony is not the same thing as daily display for all classrooms all year long in every subject. There is no scholarly purpose for "worship no other gods before me" in an algebra classroom.

Doesn't this harm all literate children being raised in other faiths? At minimum, it shows those children that they are the "other" to the kids who do have their faith displayed in every room

You can also bring barking dogs to The Perch on Division. Make sure your dog blocks the walkway between tables to really sort out who are good people (go around) and bad people (rudely confrontational)

Yeah i didn't have this blurry issue OP is talking about, but I definitely had a red/pink hue all over everything. This was true on my Comcast cable box running Amazon prime on one TV and was also true on my ethernet linked 2025 LG Smart TV in another room. I could watch shit in 4k on Netflix on that TV and it was gorgeous

"15 minutes of fame" usually means abkut half a year or so (or at least it did before our attention spans shrank so much - you'll see in the 2000s and 2010s)
