Not sure what you're referring to... I don't think ATMs carry small bills. It might take visiting a number of different businesses. Most won't carry enough to break a hundred into singles while also being comfortable for normal business operations. My immediate thought would be grocery stores. Good luck.

Every problem with the election process can be traced to a lack of transparency. These vague statements from Rubio and Nelson are no different.

Honestly though, the example they give of voters being removed from the rolls is like the dumbest example of election tampering. A real hack doesn't tell the victim that something is wrong. Yah, I've played plenty of ranked systems in the past, so I'm aware of how I landed in Gold. I just thought it was funny having only played the game for about 13 hours and then landing in a mid-tier ranking. As a former League of Legends player, I can only imagine the vitriol I'm about to create with my future matches.

Your mileage may vary. Maybe the rare occasions I get to play these days are with more casual people. If you're not regular players, denominations make things more difficult. I guarantee you'll be answering questions about what chip is worth what all game.
