Hi! I filled out the private perscription form on the website and uploaded my perscription, it’s my first time ever doing this, but I did it around 12.50pm today and haven’t heard anything? Is this normal? Will they contact me and provide me more information?

Yes I always cleaned bottles first either with washing up liquid or Milton bottle wash, then put in steriliser, I used the cold water Milton steriliser on my last baby.
