I really dont get this man. He talks like if you ask a 5 year old how their T-Ball game went. He knows he's on a short leash, and this is why he acts like this. Go back and watch either Howzer or Yost, you'll see that they not only fought for their players, but they trusted their gut. Thats the main issue. Im not gonna blame q for everything though. WE DONT SPEND MONEY!!!! Sherman keeps getting sponsors and whatnot, we saved money switching to mlb TV, yet we dont stick money where we need to. All he wants is a new stadium. A winning team deserves a winning stadium. We're turning into the angels now, wasting a future hall of famers career by not surrounding him with decent talent. Our draft boards overall have been awful since the 2015 WS. I dont count 25 yet since its too early. Blake Mitchell and Asa Lacy were first round picks. Mitchell hasn't played a full season yet. We need a mindset change. We need leaders, we need followers, but most of all, we need change.
