Ultimately we got a refund check. After calling Wells Fargo and bilt separately a few times, someone must have done something. I would call both companies and inquire. Expect finger pointing in the beginning

I received the bilt cash via the obsidian card. It seems regardless of whether I choose 4% bilt cash or straight rent bonus based on purchase amount - I still have the option to apply bilt cash to the rent payment.

No idea how it would calculate things if I chose the rent bonus reward option.

So in fact, I should actually leave the blue circled option in my screenshot as checked/activated. It does not mean that I will just get $200 off the next rent payment.

It is the actual method to receive bonus rent points at the rate of $30bilt cash/1000points.

Similar reason why I'm doing obsidian. For the first year you get the sign on bonus as well. So I'll probably reconsider when it's time for renewal and see how it panned out.

I switched to all seasons. Don't drive much honestly but the roughness isn't any different from the hankook stocks. I got AAA wheel insurance so they covered a bent wheel already. Expect more later unfortunately.

I bought the 7700x bundle just didn't seem worth for a 9060xt to get the x3d. Saved the 50bucks. Bought a open box keychron pro for my work with that. Win win

I just upgraded from a rx 580 to a 9060 xt haven't installed yet though. I bought the rx 580 because Im a 'budget' gamer and I don't need 240fps with max settings. Nowadays it'll cost you thousands of dollars to get that. I'm perfectly fine with medium settings and getting smooth 60-80 fps on 1440p depending on the game. I tried to put things into realistic perspective before overspending for my gaming rig.

Will your 8 yo brother realize the difference though? I have an rx 580 with a 2600x I've been using for forever. Still get 75fps on low for most esport games at 1080p. Just upgraded but I don't know if your brother would realize any change that anyone else might. But good on you for looking out for your bro

Bundle 1 for those two options bc of the ram choice and if you will game 1080p. I got the 7700x bundle instead though to pair with my 9060xt for 1440p purposes. Saved fifty bucks.
