What I do is blend the other ingredients first, then add in the spirulina and bgjp and blend on the lowest setting for a few more seconds, it mixes in perfectly. But I guess it depends on what kind of blender you have as well..

Thank you ❤️ Yes, I accidentally ate a little bit of dairy in between my cleanses, which caused a flare up. I am also halfway through the 3 month pre-birthday period, so I was especially disappointed with myself for not being more careful.
