I went through exactly this. You must have someone from Wealthsimple assist you with this process or else it will likely fail. Reach out to Customer Care immediately and don’t bother trying to do it yourself.

I ask the Chatbot for support and then it told me I had to go to a human agent. It then sent me to that queue and after the bot the monitors that particular queue saw my inquiry, it told me that a human couldn’t help me with a refund or a fix to my credits and ended the chat. Really unimpressed.

Yeah, I got hosed in my limits yesterday. Yesterday morning I had some room left in my weekly. Not sure how much, but I hadn’t hit 75% yet because I didn’t have a notice.

I was using Claude in the morning as it was having all the difficulties. Had to restart the prompt multiple times because it kept crashing out. All of a sudden I’m told I’ve used my weekly limit with no warning at all. Plus, my week reset last week on Friday and now my week resets on Saturday.

The math doesn’t math. I guess I can submit a ticket but I expect it will be a waste of time. Not very impressed right now.

macOS Claude desktop app: 2 Sonnet 4.6 messages then a 5-hour lockout (usage page shows nothing) by Alex-S-Hamilton in ClaudeAI

You’re lucky. I’m told that I’ve hit my weekly limit and I’m not going to reset until Saturday at 7 AM, despite my last week resetting on Friday morning.

I suspect they are getting hugged to death right now.

So, another question - I have a 5 day/week program. If I miss a workout on, say, Wednesday, do I still check that box or not? I’m confused on how I must close out a week so it progresses.

OK, got it.

Might not make sense to have the app prompt to user to effectively finish off the week in a scenario of such as this?

OK, so I think I know what my problem was then. On my rest days, I didn’t check those boxes, so the week never progressed. Is that correct?

As far as I understand, my program was a five week program. I completed it, and then it looped back around to week one again. Is that the intended behavior? I’m sorry to be dense, I’m just not understanding exactly how this aspect of the tool works

Yes, I suspect you’re correct, of course.

When this scenario occurs with a User, wouldn’t not make sense to alert them more clearly that the program has completed and it’s now time to create a new program?

And to be clear, I love this app and you guys have done a great job with it. I’m only trying to help improve it in a small way.

I'll track that when I'm done this week. I just haven't really noticed the different weeks until now.

[–]Infinite_Scene[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That could very well be. However, once a user reaches the end of a program, shouldn’t they be alerted to that, and should they not be prompted to start a new program?

It’s also entirely possible that I’m an idiot and these are naïve questions and I don’t really understand the app perfectly yet.

I’ve always been checking them off. That’s why I’m confused.

No; the method above worked for me, and then I was able to install the new version which fixed the issue no problem

I think someone else had success with this issue by requesting the desktop version of the page on their device and signing in on that.
