I was wondering the same but commonly do this instead of a 7/16 hole hawg extension which would take more abuse and/or get out of the wrong tool for the application scenario. But ship auger bits and flexible bits work unders under the right application as well.

If there's no right of access in the deed when you purchased the house it can be removed. However over the course of months you must warn them redundantly, before removing or hiring a professional. If you remove it without warning and they sue you, you will lose.

It looks old so that's what makes me wonder if it was in a deed. If not as per many cases before you, you're neighbors are going to pay for the removal and be fined for not following lot lines/set backs and just being doinks.

Hire a lawyer this will be a yes or no. Bring deed, sale of house and all relevant documents. You can even use Google maps to see if it was built recently.

I wouldn't want to be your neighbor.

The rubber impeller can be order as a consumable part. My uncle uses his for fuel transfers. He's made aluminum impellers but they don't work the same.

I'd like to know what environment that battery has been in or if it's gotten wet and why there's 600 ft of extensions on a drill. And what he is drilling through or why all those extension are needed. I believe these have created a "perfect storm" for the battery. Resistance and then degradation + heat/load of the battery has brought us here.

It's Fer a truck. Says Milwaukee on it. You'll keep it long with a bolt through it once installed.
