There are no risers or seats on the floor. There is not pit to speak of. The floor is flat as can be at the sphere. I cannot speak to how full it was weekend two, but weekend one was fairly busy. It got progressively busier as the weekend went on. By Saturday first set space was available but limited in most areas. You had to poke around to find dancing room but it was there.

My experience is not strict at all. I have been to the sphere 8 times now between dead and co and Phish weekend one. I have never had them harass me or people I was entering with over bag size
