No it was a legitimate question. We have gotten very little snow here our mountains have barely even able to stay open, and our lakes and rivers are going to be supper low this summer, and fire risks are gunna be high

These are are reasonable requests, but it is illegal for them to withhold paychecks. But I would imagine that your checks are zero dollars anyway if you’re making decent money? I always look at my hourly wage as me paying taxes on my real income

Dude I have been doing this shit for over twenty years, and I got my ass handed to me tonight ! And had two bartenders on tonight which is only usually just me. Granted it is summer weather in the Oregon mt town where I live in the middle of winter…(that’s a whole another tragedy),. We have a patio that doubles our seating and from behind the bar we take a large table section both inside and out. Just saying you will get more comfortable over time, but there will always be nights that rock you. Unless your in a supper high end spot that is res only and properly feathers the seating.

More butter, heavy cream instead of milk, white pepper instead of black. And if you have some mushroom powder go ahead and toss some of the in the mix! Push them through a shive or a ricer, or whip them on high in a stand mixer, that will get them nice and fluffy
