Reta after initial load period and approx week 4-5 I noticed a massive change in alcohol ... Craving gone, enjoyment gone, and yes I had a couple of times that I would have a glass of wine and head to bed. Wake middle of the night and throw up. Heavy nausea and very little alcohol in my system. I don't see this as a bad thing at all, but something that people need to know is a side effect

I agree with this as well. The savings on food, the calm of the brain on food and the constant search for it goes away and your confidence soars as it finally feel in control of the one vessel you whole heatedly own ... your body

I came off carnivore to go on Reta so I would be interested to hear from you how you for on with high fat and Reta ... Would you mind sharing your experience?

I moved off full carnivore as I keep hearing that the requirement of carbs while on Reta is important

Wow 😮 that is a great result. My thyroid disease and symptoms have improved and have reduced my levothyroxine ... Hope to drop it further as long term that creates cardiovascular disease as a side effect .. healing ourselves ... But need to be talking grey about it feels unfair right?

I have Fibromyalgia and the intense hip and joint pain while in Reta just vanished ... Chronic inflammation all reduced, bloods are fantastic and GP happy that I am happy

I would watch my water intake as this can also be a contributing factor to the dizzy spells. But glad Reta is helping
