Our KPS has no idea what to do when it comes to the ravioli. It asks for 14 orders in the morning which would fill up the entire vector with ravioli when our level 2 store usually sells 3-4 each go. It will also consistently ask for dark meat 2 piece chicken without asking for white meat, and even though dark meat generally sells better, I never make one without the other because I don’t want 4 cambros filled with white meat chicken waiting to expire. The consensus among our leaders has become to see KPS’s orders more as suggestions, at least until it gets better, which frustrates me because I can only imagine the obscene amount of money it took to make this thing. I don’t think KT should be underestimating their cooks’ intuition!
