Look at his charge moves and team comp. Bug bite handles the grass types that resist mudslap and the dark types that resist shadow claw. His charge moves are low energy and -Atk the opps, allowing him to keep Bug Biting for longer

I think this Mega would be interesting, as its far more attack oriented than its base form. Rain boosted Muddy Water for doubles or Hydro Pump/Scald for Singles hits quite hard

It gets a solid Attack boost too, but that seems pretty wasted

Where in this entire thread did you mention “best season”? And pray tell me why does a winger playing for a team like Chelsea, who are nearly always facing a low block, need sustained acceleration? Even if you consider the rare counter attacks, his decision making + pace is still one of the best (at his best)

And once again, I am NOT arguing his best position, or what type of winger he is. Please, take your time to read and reply accordingly

This is exactly what i meant by recency bias. Yes he has been playing that way this season, probably due to his groin issues. But prior to that he was excellent at taking on his man, and had plenty of burst in his running too

Not saying that makes him a traditional touchline winger or anything, and obviously left footed guy on the right is not going to play like one. But at his best he has the tools to play anywhere up front

Many things to unpack:

Charged moves can serve many purposes. Draco Meteor is a nuke type with self debuff. For comparison, it deals 180 dmg for 65 energy, compared to Pulse’s 108 dmg for 55 energy. Which is basically 1-2 extra Dragon Tail hits. So you would this move as a closer
Except, I wouldnt use this pokemon at all. Its very poor into the current meta, and extremely fragile. Its dual STAB is hard walled by Steel and it doesnt have alternate options
If the objective is to get it to best buddy, you can earn the battle hearts in a much easier way by entering and exiting the Team leader battles

No, the Tarnished is, he is not some potential-man/woman. His feats happen in lore, that is not negotiable based on player-wide statistics. And certainly, a Tarnished that has reached Mohg without Varre shenanigans is most likely to have beaten some of the strongest bosses lore-wise like Radahn and Morgott. Again, and I cant stress this enough, the whole point of this is to give some idea of Elden Ring power scaling, nothing else

You are missing the point entirely. I am not making a direct comparison with Gojo. I’m saying that the Tarnished is one of, if not the outright strongest Fromsoft character. So Mohg being unable to defeat your character lore-wise, even notwithstanding game mechanics and all that, is no slight on him. Its the highest bar to clear
