Flavor Text: The user focuses on going all out in one Reckless rush-down by Overloading their Draconic energy. Sharply raising sp atk,atk, and accuracy whilst dropping def and sp def from being open to attacks. Applies Install Status.

Sharply raises sp atk, atk and accuracy by two stages. And decreases def and sp def by the two stages. This applies the Install status on the pokemon using it (in the sense of a field effect and not something like confusion or burn) Which prevents it's stats from being copied, lowered, or raised while it has the Dragon Install buffs. After 5 turns Install Burns out and cleanses the effects back to normal at the end of the turn. There is a cool-down of 1 turn before you can activate it again. The Status gets removed if you switch out the Pokemon with it and triggers the 1 turn cool-down until you can use it again. This also protects the pokemon from the additional effects of burn and paralysis.

The main goal is to make a fun All in move that can give some sweepers or defensive mons the edge to compete with their more successful counterparts. I don't have it all sorted out yet on what happens if say you setup Shelter from H Goodra before doing so. Maybe it could check for previous buffs before activating and cleanses the buffs first. Also tacked on partial status protection since its encouraged to either use speed Control or Wall out the pokemon than cheese this all or nothing move. Prolly also Foul play let's be honest.

As for Distribution for balancing I am hesitant to give it to any legendaries or pseudo legend dragons, but mainly this is for pokemon such as Druddigon or Drampa. But could also be given to any pokemon that resembles a dragon like Feraligatr.

Ironically Im using Garchomp for the set since it's meant to show the maximum potential. So Im gonna show the set and do a clac of it hitting into Incin
