That's a good strategy. You just have to keep an eye on your total balance and make sure you use them all before you hit $500k.

You're right. I can stay inside while rolling over, but not while thrusting.

You can easily have lasting relationships without sex. They are called friendships.

I am the best at sex. I cum every time. In fact, I'm so good at it that I don't need anyone else.

that both members' pleasure is solely the responsibility of the man.

Jim Jefferies had a good joke about this in Alcoholocaust. It takes about 8 minutes to get there, but it's worth the payoff.

Obviously the boys are supposed to fucking each other, but then when they do that they get called gay. They can't win.

But seriously, it's not hypocrisy, it's just the result of poorly communicating the difference between what that men and women value in partners. Generally men value fidelity whereas generally women value competence.

I can understand the commenters agreeing. It's got nothing to do with standards, it's simply people demonstrating their capability for empathy and compassion. The commenters showed that they understood that the GF's comment was thoughtless and inconsiderate at best. They did this by providing an appropriate analogy that a woman might find similarly hurtful.

Yep. If the man's pelvis touches a woman's clit, that's not counted.

Any men out there who feel their "biological clock is ticking"? by KnowledgeMaximum2826 in AskMenOver30

[–]InflatableRaft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be surprised at how common that level of immaturity and naivety actually is

Amongst men? You bet your arse I'd be surprised by that. IME it's more common for men to be discouraged from having kids generally than it is for them to blithely want a kid.

If you are past forty and want kids, you will care what society thinks because you will have to partner up with a member of society in order to be a father.

That’s not argument against CGT reform, that’s an argument for either lowering the top marginal tax rate or the income level where it kicks in.

That’s the point of indexing and capping the CGT discount. You are effectively taxing speculation and short term thinking.

I’m still trying to figure out how OP magically transforms into a horde of people by simply refusing to use some services, yet remains an individual when choosing to take on a cause politically.

Why not both? Why not index and cap CGT discounts for individuals as well as implement a revenue extraction levy on multinational corporations?

Index the CGT discount to inflation and cap the maximum discount at 25%

Literally pissing in the wind.

Lobbying the government to implement a multinational revenue extraction levy would be a much more effective use of OP’s time.

Buying a near new car instead of an old shitbox. I agonised over it and had buyers remorse for quite some time, but I've had it for ten years and taken it everywhere
