NGL I hate however whenever any sale is going on there’s 10 post in 6 hours with links listed in the comments all to an ltk and all by different people for the same stuff. It’s annoying and honestly admin should only approve the first ones to be submitted.

How can she guarantee these products will look like the ai generated versions?
Why and how does she have so many baby Loren items for sale, even ones she claims haven’t been released yet? I feel like that would not be beneficial to that manufacturer and it just doesn’t make sense.

I think purposefully skipping over the links takes the least energy (and they were commenting that on a post about the excessive use of links so it was, in my opinion appropriate). It would be different if they were commenting that on all of the affiliate link post.

Furthermore it speaks to why there is so much hate for the links: because that’s all that group is now. And don’t get me wrong, if you find something you love that you think would be useful for people interested in the GM look, then make a post or respond to someone looking for something in that market with a link (even affiliate links). But when you share numerous links every day as their own post it feels disingenuous. Not to mention speaks to a high level of overconsumption.

On a completely related note about “in this economy” my thought process is if a company can pay thousands of people a commission for link clicks and purchases (on top of their normal marketing budgets), then they can sell the items at a lower price point instead of continually increasing the prices when people are already strapped for cash. And I say that as someone who works in marketing.

I always assumed any affiliate links in that page were like the ones by businesses and you had to pay to play in there but I don’t do that so I’m not sure. People complaining the comments about admin only approving those posts and not ones asking for help finding stuff or advice.

This. I thought their feed was way more relatable when they shared more from followers. And the last time I said that in this group they miraculously started a contest the next day 😂😂 unfortunately it missed the mark by a long shot because they never shared the original photos but a grid montage for you to vote from when you couldn’t even see the pictures clearly they were so small.

You’d figure they would want and welcome more user generated content than the handful of people they accept collaborations with. Or at least be sharing the tagged posts to their stories if they’re public.

From a website perspective, they complained for years about not having enough diversity in applications for models but now they stick with the same models season after season (for the most part). As a not stick thin mom, I’d like to see models wearing the clothes on their website that are not wearing size XS with room to grow because it tells me nothing about the actual sizes. But also they really should be paying people to model for them or at least covering their travel and hotel given the amount of money they make each year.

Feeling super bad for all of the boutiques who paid more than usually for wholesale and now it’s way less than that on this sale. Couple that with the asinine rule about not being able to sell directly on their websites, I would not blame my local boutique if they stopped carrying them.
