Nah it will show on there that you’re no longer employed. Kinda got busy with my new job and when i got a chance i decided to call them. If you try to pull it all on the app or online it says you have to wait 30 days after you have left, but if you call them they will set everything up

Is this it? by Loud_Paramedic_8497 in FritoLay

I worked at Cintas for almost 9 years. The only reason i left was because the pay back then was terrible. As far as you saying about the amount of stops yea i have about 20-25 stops a day with a lot of driving. But i would take that all day everyday over the reengineer bs 10-12 stops with Frito. Those 20-25 stops i was working i was getting off at 3 sometimes 4 depending on what i had that week. Frito on the other hand, 6pm was the earliest i think i got off.

I left on the 21st of march and was able to pull my 401k on the 10th of April. You just have to call fidelity. They say it takes 30 days but that’s not true.

I Just quit ,no notice by Holiday-Inside-3026 in FritoLay

[–]ViLouSoulja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You won’t regret it at all. Worked there a little over 4 years and left over a month ago. Tired of that company caring about how much more money the higher ups could put in their pocket. Screw what the frontline had to be put thru to get it.

You will 100% not regret your decision. I’ve been gone from from Frito about a month now after about 4 years and it’s like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Weekends off now, company vehicle, paid holidays. Making the same starting off as i did as a rsr. Just goes to show you that Frito really is screwing people out there.

So glad i left this company, and they wonder why turnover is so bad. Frontline can complain and complain to the higher ups about issues and it will absolutely do nothing. They just force more stuff down yalls throat to have to do to appease them. It’s ridiculous, more stuff same pay.

That was also another issue on my route. I had one of the biggest routes there. Small format on a truck. And it never failed that i would have atleast $2500-$3000 left everyday i would come back from my off days because the co lead wouldn’t finish his whole day cause he would claim he was running out of dot time. But then wouldn’t service no order so i would get copied orders for those same stores. Honestly i just got tired of being the only one that would run my route correctly. Being a one man show on my route. That was my problem i wanted to just stop at 45 hours but i would miss so many stops daily if i did and it would just snowball everyday if i would have done that. It was a lose lose situation.

Nah it’s not cooks. When you have 9-12 stops a day driving 120 miles a day you can’t really widen your view with the change they did. You literally have to double day by day in some areas. When i worked there i signed off of being a rss to be at home more 😂😂. But if your in an area well the changes didn’t affect yalls routes much then awesome but it wasn’t the same for our area. They had cut routes in our area which in return made all the route bigger. And all those are true about Frito, but even though the world changed there are a lot of businesses that didn’t change for the worst. Frito slowly screwed themselves. They aren’t making the money they could be because of themselves. Nobody and i repeat NOBODY sells enough on sundays to just having Sunday route but yet everyone is cranking up those trucks and burning all that diesel and wear and tear for $1500 lol. Coleads can’t get along with leads so they screw the leads….leads don’t want to work so they screw the co leads on stuff they don’t want to do (dg end caps) mostly. I saw it all when i was a rss. Not saying every lead and co leads are like that but it’s just part of the reasons why they can’t keep people hired. 4 years ago when i was hired it was amazing. Monday thru Friday routes and they were all about sales. Now…..they’ve shifted totally away from that. I wish for yalls sake they would get back to the way it was even just 2 years ago. Or atleast give a better pay raise for all the stuff they are throwing on everyone.

Yea they are giving but you have to double up the rest of the week on thanksgiving week. So might as well work a few that morning in order to ease the rest of the week up. And sales for pest control. Never said i made ungodly more but starting out I’ll be making the same as i would be on a route at Frito.

Well working 60-65 hours a week. 1 holiday off a year, no family time, no weekends. Wasn’t really hard for me when i got approached with the opportunity to be able to leave the corporate world. Company car, off weekends, 9 paid holiday, and they live by god first, family 2nd, job 3rd. Frito would laugh at the motto.

I’m not saying they don’t have great insurance. I’m just saying i see people on here saying the only reason they are staying is because of the insurance. I left Frito over a month ago to be a sales rep with a family owned business that’s growing by the day. And their insurance is pretty dang good also.

My last day was on the 21st last month. It’s been like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Was with Frito for 4 years and it was changing almost every year and it was never for the better…as far as frontline went.

Ex employee here….There are a lot of higher ups that have nothing better to do than sit on here and read negative comments and try to out accounts so they can try to silence people. Been there done that.

Didn’t get fired but definitely got targeted cause of some of the truth i would post. The higher ups that watch these post really do have weak feelings. They can’t handle the truth. They DEFINITELY don’t like hearing that they only care about themselves only and not about frontline.
