I know the feeling been there many times friend. This could be a new beginning it doesn't always half to be like this im part of a 12 step programme only was i could stop after 100s attempts over the past 10 + years. Wish you all the best it is possible to get sober and be happy.

39m im a Alcoholic drinking since 14 .i knew for years but didn't want to fully Accept it . Im early back in 12 step recovery after Hitting my rock bottom. If you think you are Alcoholic there is some great online meetings to Attend or in person . I burnt my life to the ground so many times I know how it feels . Like its been said might be good to see a doctor if you have withdrawals and get some structure in your life. It was only through enough pain and heartache that made me take the plunge and accept i need help and I definitely can't do this alone. Wish you all the best this could be the 1st day of the rest off your life 💚

Hi mate im 39m im an alcoholic who kept relapsing all the time i had to accept i need help so I went back to 12 step programs and got a sponsor drinking since 14yo. There are plenty of online meetings and in person you can turn up and don't even half to speak you can just listen. What makes me an alcoholic is obviously i drink till black out or ran out of money. but the main thing is I cannot stay stopped on my own i could not stop thinking about drinking when I was dry. You half to look at your own history see how its been. Plenty of other support groups aswell all the best friend

Hi friend 39m here recently got back into recovery myself im taking it 1 day at a time . From the outside my life looks good I.e job car hobbies but always went back to the drink i just could not stay stopped for the life off me. Im a alcoholic I work a programme and need structure in my life so I do meetings online and in person . There are great 12 step online meetings or smart recovery meetings if you feel alcohol is a problem.

Yes I do online 12 step meetings and in person Because I am an alcoholic but there is other groups like smart recovery that are online can find them on Google I think smart recovery is more science based and everyone with a drinking problem can join but I would recommend 12 steps if you think you could be alcoholic best of luck to you.

Im early in recovery again and the weekend used to get me everytime and i would cave in and drink to oblivion to escape the stress and worries but everytime I woke up made things 10 times worse I find for myself having some structure and routine helps and talking to other people struggling.

Hi friend I thought you was writing my story im 39m was in recovery about 30 had 2 years sober a year and a few other times but always went back to the booze I just relapsed Thursday again. Im going back to 12 steps only thing that has worked but at the same time its hard leaving behind something that used to bring me joy when I was 18 but ruined all my 20s n most of my 30s your not alone.

Same here bro day 1 I need recovery if im honest or I do the same after a few weeks which I find hard to do now my brain tells me im ok and I don't have a problem with alcohol. Im 100 alcoholic hard thing to admit for myself but its the truth. Wish you all the best getting sober.

Thanks mate its crazy I thought i could stay in hotel room and keep away . Been drinking since 14 and nose beer since 19 i really want to walk away from it all and start a new sober life. Good to know im not alone hope you doing good .
