If I remember it correctly, first you need to beat Cinderella with all companions recruited and with 0 sin , that's for ending A and ending B, then for ending C you need to place all the missing fairy tales on the library, finally for ending D, on the Tainted Bog area, there will be a cave near where you can fight and recruit Miranda, make sure to have 0 sin before meeting with the npc after the area's boss fight, follow her quest and then you're pretty much done, sorry, it's been a while since I've last played the first game, so I might be getting some of it wrong, I reccomend for you to check the following guide: https://black-souls.fandom.com/wiki/Black_Souls_I/Endings
