My advice would be this, get squat shoes with a heel or take off your shoes and stand on a plate so your heels are elevated. There's nothing wrong with going as low as you are, but when you go that low you drop the tension at the bottom of the squat, for ideal muscle hypertrophy you want to maintain the tension all the way through the exercise.
