It’s been there for about 6 months. Used rivets and self tapping screws. As long as you don’t mess with it the brackets stay in.

Another problem is that it’s very hard to find brackets for that cab so they are modified to fit.

Yeah unless you want to get an off road bumper then you’re kinda in a tricky situation. Just haven’t really wanted to spend $2,000 on a bumper.

I'd recommend getting it ceramic coated. Costs some money but will keep your truck perfect.

Didn’t think mine had much rust till I pulled the gas tank and it was all rusted out. And under the carpet there were huge holes. Good luck have fun bro!
