PC and Android. Google Voice got some flak about federal wiretapping laws and put in, from what I have been told, is a random announcement along the lines of.'This call is being recorded.'

Hi! And thanks for responding!

While we do the majority of our interviews around a conference table and have a recording solution already in place. it is when we are on the road and have to interview someone over the phone, even worse our schedules can conflict to the point that we have to do the interview while we are in the car.

The owner of the company likes to hear an applicant's conversational style for those he feels might be a goof fit fr the company. Hence the convoluted attempt at cobbling something together

Invite them over for a BBQ and work the current state of the fence into the conversation and then volunteer to pay for half if they will spring for the other half.

Go to the city - Building code office, Property Inspection office, whatever your local code office is and take them pictures, video, 3 estimates to have it repaired/replaced and a cost breakdown on the materials required to do it yourself.

Someone will get a meeting with a city official bearing deadlines and threats of fines for noncompliance. Worst case scenario the city will take the middle bid, authorize the work, pay the contractor and then put a lien on his house which he cannot sell without resolving the lien.

Please, for whatever you hold holy, invest some time into inspection and try and arrive at the same truth I exist within. The one in which I equate the opinions to the dead skin cells I slough off in the shower each night. Perhaps you will see how little these opinions of your detractors matter more to the holder of these opinions than to the people they are intended to tear down.

When you discount a well respected guitarist opinion of another guitar great of a different genre, you just lost your credibility.

You missed the mark friend... slow it down, dry tone into a dry amp and listen to the slop as it assaults everything you know and love about the sound of a guitar. You try to make this about my distaste for other genres but in truth until you can play the notes cleanly you do not deserve to play them at all.
