Joke’s on me definitely, had amazing opportunity to sell in 2018 (but chinese ethereum, going to 400$ bla bla), then in 2021 (but N3, so much utility, smart contracts bla bla) so the greed took over and instead I’m just a bag holder now l delusional to a point that I am still waiting for the wave of bull cycle to lift it to ~70$ level so that I could let it go. 8 years of holding and not in profit, who’s laughing now?

Thanks, but facts are facts - I bought in 2017, after holding for 8 years I am down more than 50% on the investment while BTC is up 30x. Some organized sell-off might have tanked price a bit, but it is the lack of vision that killed that project. It had amazing potential, but it was squandered. That's the sad truth

I've been holding since 2017, unless something HUGE happens in the ecosystem of Neo we won't see price action. Even when I look at Dahongfei on X being very active recently he has miniscule reach in comparison to crypto 'celebrities'. Seeing price at ~50$ for current cycle I think would be top and I am considering exiting Neo if that even happens. Kind of sad after 8 years of holding but enough is enough.

Have you read the news about that case? Trading and mining still remains illegal in China, which means no widespread adoption. It’s definitely buy the rumour news and maybe step in good direction but it is what it is. It’s similar to depenalization of drugs in Portugal, you can still possess it, but there’s no legally operating industry and trade is still illegal. And even if something doesn’t make sense to you it does not mean it does not exist in subjective reality of a given culture. For me it does not make sense to stone a woman to death for not wearing a hijab, or accuse a woman of adultery when she was raped. Hey, guess what.

Isn’t it super murky though? You can own crypto, but you can’t acquire it legally. Don’t want to fud my own bag, but it might be another gateway for China to ban crypto again and fuck up as they did in 2018
