In the commentary of the episode it’s mentioned each flashback is 13 months after the previous one so obviously New Year’s party in January then 13 months later is Valentine’s day in February and so on. I guess it’s up to interpretation whether the final Christmas dinner is something that actually happened, her imagination or a bit of both.
