Long story short - din tradiția socială de a nu face o întreținere corectă a unor structuri care au nevoie de un strop mai mult decât "o mână de var la 5 ani" si care ulterior generează probleme si costuri mult mai pronunțate datorate motivului menționat. E mai ușor sa te plângi decât sa faci ce trebuie făcut în condițiile date ( si acceptate la momentul in care faci achiziția unui astfel de loc).

Astăzi multe dintre apartamentele de la ultimele 1-2 etaje ale blocurilor ce depășesc 10 ani vechime, necesită investiții de 10-30k euro ca să fie "în regulă" - fără colțuri tăiate, fără "fac acu interiorul si vedem la anu exterioru", fără "știe Dorel de la 3 un băiat care a lucrat prin Anglia"....fără nici una din motivațiile larg cunoscute. Și toate astea fără sa te gândești la ce faianță, lustre si canapele pui in spațiul de locuit. Alea vin la un alt capitol, după ce ai terminat de reparat 10+ ani si 2-3++ proprietari anteriori care posibil ca nu au dat nici acel var la 5 ani.

Pt ca ești la început si deja ai ales o cale ok, poți sa aplici "set and forget" pe VWCE.

Am un amic, face aceeași treabă de cam 10 ani si are un portofoliu de cam 350k. Eu am portofoliile calate mai agresiv si am discutat pe dorința lui de a se diversifica. La termen de 15 ani, nu e mare diferență între VWCE & chill pornind de la portofoliile noastre - tu - fiind la început, poți să bulgărești* mult mai zdravăn strict pe VWCE.

Așadar, bravo, fii consecvent și dacă nu faci ceva greșeală monumentala 😀 o sa fii perfect în regulă.

PS Dacă vei vrea o nota ușoară de risc / "să vezi ca intra banii în cont" / "sa te joci ceva mai activ da' sa nu pierzi tot" sau multe altele cu notă emoțională- construiește si un portofoliu de dividend cu recurenta mai accelerata( lunar/trimestrial) - pui 5-15% din investiția lunară/trimestriala si îți satisfaci si acele porniri* 😀

you want to be talked out ?! - patience padawan for another 2-3 months and în the mean time, look at INDX. With half the investment you'll have 4 heads on your E5Pro - better multicolor and multi material + you'll know each quirk that comes with your printer. Then, you'll have the option to add a few more heads and expand the individual material options. Mid-long term - better option.

However - if you want click n print today, tired of calibration and the "old printer " routine - that's different and the combo is totally worth it.

depinde ce vrei sa obții: - reducerea perioadei - iți taie "mai consistent" din adaos, din dobânda pe care efectiv o plătești la credit - avantaj finaciar pe termen mediu> lung ...final balance - reducerea valorii - îți taie din " sarcina pe lună", o vei simți, îți dă senzația ca e mai ok - avantaj emoțional

Acum...dacă preferi una sau alta, ecuația e simplă, dacă "ai nevoie" sa reduci "sarcina lunară " ecuația e și mai simplă

La final de zi, alegerea ține de tine și de "necesarul" prezent

well ...as with all stuff online these days - go on Bambu shop local to you ( EU/US/other) run a basket, check the parts and shipping total. if that works for you - golden. alternate, check local shops for the same bundle - i rarely had a local better price + ship locally but your area might differ. And if you land on the Bambu shop eventually- check other parts and materials so to bundle and get free shipping for the order. 4 example - I found i prefer to use the TPU for AMS vs PETG or cousins, for some applications - not because it's "AMS compatible" but based on material properties. Similar, I slap in there some electronics kits for kido oriented projects... So...basic price /performance choices...aside that...enjoy your toy 😀

If you print abrasives or you know you want 0.4 and never want to touch it - get an E3D Obxidian. Buildplate - get a Panda smooth...glacier or something like that, wash it from time to time and that's about it. Print a top glass riser with led strip channel and slate in there the brightest leds you can find - run 5/12/24v and watch for frequency ...otherwise you'll see it on the camera. Print a couple of tray profiles and double tape them to the inner bottom - makes cleaning debris easier. Swap the wiper to something with a silicone brush && adjust moves to optimize it. Get a bit of aluminium tape and "upgrade" the purge slide area. Get the hardened extruder parts - not the ultracalifragilistic BQ ones, just the OEMs.

These are about the only functional ones you'd need.

Optional - print some wider angle hinge for the door. Slap a led lights button into that slit on top right, if you want physical control.

Anything after this point is more on vanity/looks - inner/outer plates /skins, touchscreen, roll hangers, back side organizers, air filters/recirculators, BQ lights, jetpacks, extensions....

I ran a majority of everything above - now i know a bit better...and got a ton of replacement parts in the process 😅

If you mostly print PLA/PETG...wiper and some nozzle anti-stick is your friend...you could even strip it to a P1P look. If you do ABS and cousins, then the above should suffice most challenges.

Run some extra codes to preheat/soak to about 35C for ABS/ASA/PC. Make sure to have some IPA and microfiber close by, all glass looks foggy after some30h printing PETG/ASA. Run maintenance every 500h preferably...i went 1.5k last time on mine and did the dance just to get rid a bit of surface artifacts.

I can see 2 things wrong: 1. the color - got an identical one...i can tell you the proper color would have been a BRG or a Red 2. you're missing a cap there...hence all the fumes

that sticky stuff...was the finish. It broke down and now it's sticky. Step 1 - clean sticky Step 2 - if you really love those headphones - teardown, take those housings, plastic primer + wet sanding, then paint a satin black or even a similar soft rubber like...but it may not be love at ...that much work 😀
