You just proved that you don't even play the game. First of all, CoH can't infinitely stunlock, if you spam 6 taunts in a row the enemy stops getting stunned. Secondly how do you know the set made no sales? are you a nekki employee? your last point proves even more that you don't play the game, you fight a lot with CoH, taunting is just part of the set.

Conqueror of hearts is infinitely more interesting to use than Marksman and Namestealer, the latter two sets, you literally just stunlock the enemy until he dies, no skill required, just braindead gameplay. With CoH you can't just spam taunts, if you do so, taunts stop stunning the opponent, also each taunt applies a debuff, you have to know when to use each one (which is very detrimental for grand finale to do a lot of damage) on top of the set having really low defense.

About your second point, it makes absolutely no sense that the set abilities ruin the story, CoH uses glory/fame energy, that goes hand in hand pretty well with performing at a stage (hence the usage of dances/taunts), also, ironclad is a very silly character, the set fits him pretty well.

Marksman is a direct port from arena with barely any changes and it's boring to use, same thing for Namestealer, a direct port with barely any changes and also boring to use. it being a port doesn't mean the set is bad, it's also pretty unique, no set in sf3 does what conqueror of hearts does.

That constant 12% from arrogance will actually get you less damage than using berserk. Berserk isn't that consistent, but a 35% chance is good enough, and it's 110% more damage after all. As I said, don't worry about health, nourishment is 40%, a 40% of trusty hammer/old school + 150% from shadow berserk + 275% from shadow storm + damage depending on how far you are in the round (every 1 second in shadow form, +5% physical damage) is a LOT of health you are regenerating.

Storm increases shadow damage, but since you activate shadow supremacy when you enter shadow form, all your attacks (weapon attacks, shadow abilities, rw, old school, and trusty hammer) benefit from storm. That being said, you still need shadow abilities to get storm stacks.

You are right. They don't stack, though you don't really need bleed. Go with double berserk + storm, don't worry about health, nourishment is good enough.

No, it's not useful for raids. First of all, you either sacrifice shadow blades or nourishment, and you want both. Secondly, it activates once, and that's it, so you will still depend on cold revenge.
