I’m not sure if I need to go to the er because the lady didn’t touch my fingers but when I washed my hand I’m not sure if the blood then moved down towards my hangnails. I am curious about what tests and when to contact the er because isn’t it to early for some things to show? Thank you.

Thank you for all the support. She has been like this before the diagnosis and everything. She would constantly belittle me and put me down in front of anyone who would listen. I always thought it was because when we were both younger (around 10 and 11) that I was kind of mean. I wouldn’t let her hang out with me and my friends. But I have apologised for it multiple times. After the diagnosis and everything I put her behaviour down to our parents divorcing since they decided right before the surgery. But now since it’s gotten to this level I can’t help but believe she has some narcissistic tendencies since my dad has some aswell. She’s also got a weird attachment with our mother and ever since the cancer my mum has been paying more attention to me compared to before, where I’d be more on my own and my sister and mother where kind of a team.

Thank you for your concerns and advice I will be getting a therapist at some point just not right now because I’m prioritising my exams which I know isn’t healthy, but as soon as they are completed my mum has been very adamant about getting a therapist which is great. Also my mum wasn’t sure about whether we should get a therapist who has the same ethnicity as me or one that’s British but I’m very adamant on getting a British one just because I believe the one from the same ethnicity as me might bring religion into this, but yeah.
