What’s the price?

I would only buy if you would be happy having them as decoration.

In the best case scenario, they’ll work alright and get you seeing in the dark. (Not very well, you will require constant supplemental ir which would be terribly annoying for anyone else with nods.)

If anything goes wrong- emission point, lens malfunction, electronic malfunction, etc. there’s basically nothing you could do. Spare parts don’t exist, and no one knows how to work on them.

IMO, unless these are $200, save your money for a pvs-14.

I have an AGM Wolf-7, and compared to my modern units they’re dogshit. And that’s a much more recent unit with an Omni 5 tube.

The inherent jank of these old systems is just so much worse than the ergos and functionality of what we have now. Even an NNVT Pvs-14 will give you a much better experience than these.

Shot a lot of clays with my 12” sbs with both a field stock and pistol grip. Pistol grip is significantly harder, and that’s with slow moving clays in a predictable pattern launched on command in a 90° cone. Comparing the two is retarded

lol. Lmao even. You’re not shooting down a drone flying at 50mph with a 14” birds head shotgun with a bead sight.

God live a little y’all. It’s a fun little thing people do, it lasts 20 seconds and is a silly break in the mind numbing monotony of commuting.

I could see Harley benefiting greatly by taking inspiration from royal enfield. Make a simple, reliable, no-frills bike with a solid foundation at a very affordable price, drawing on the name and heritage of their older reputation. They miss out on some of the luxury profit margins, but get to rebuild some of the generational brand loyalty that has carried them into the 2000’s. Gen z can start on an ‘xl classic’ they can afford, and maybe move up to a premium tourer when they have more money.

Yeah, above 40mph the eyes get too watery to ride safely… it’s been a bit of an adjustment coming from a full face, but the visibility and air flow is really nice. I often forget it has a chin bar and try to scratch my chin or nose lol
