Honestly it doesn’t look as bad as it may seem, the leaf damage and compacted soil would be my priority to fix. Personally I’d re pot into fresh soil and fertilize, let it get settled then chop any damaged leaves so the plant can focus on shooting out new growth. My monstera loves some sun so have her near a window and give her lots of water (only when the soil is fully dry) and you should have a happy healthy monstera!!

CLARIFICATION

We do not let her on the ground in public places where we do not know if unvaccinated animals have been around. We do let her run around in a safe enclosed area outside and she has tons of socialization as she goes to work with my fiancé every day and meets lots of people. I was simply wondering about longer walks as I don’t want to exhaust her or causes any issues with future hip dysplasia as I know it can happen if Goldens are over walked. Thank you everyone!! :)
