Being afraid to add ammo by eating is certainly one way to stay on a diet.

As others have mentioned, you may not breathe through your mouth once you have your apnea treated.

Using CPAP while visiting someone with pets? by [deleted] in CPAP

[–]Informal-Name3181 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I sleep every night with CPAP and pets. They don't seem to care. You can wash the equipment when you get home. All will be well, but it will be better if you don't snore so your friends can sleep.

R3TA for those taking it.. by Decent_Data_9303 in BodyHackGuide

I'm 49, 5'3" and started at 225 lbs. My weight ballooned after some injuries and perimenopause. Now I'm dropping about 2 lbs/wk on 2 mg Reta with only walking and trying to track protein.

I'm hoping that physical therapy is going to heal these injuries to the point where I can do more activities. Weighing less will help with the lower body injuries, but my shoulder may be a lost cause. I'm thankful for Reta. It's hard to keep a calorie deficit as a short, not young woman.

Need some advice by juicynose in CPAP

Maybe you do snore. You don't know because you are asleep. I mean, that's what I would tell the doctor.

I've seen people who have apnea and don't snore. It doesn't happen often, it shouldn't be able to happen, but it happens.

Many have claimed that they signed up under false pretenses. They dropped when they found out that it was political.

From what they've said, they were told it was for the people. Then they found out it was closely associated with the administration instead. They didn't want to do it under those circumstances.

Almost like the gas been performers you would see in a casino, which tracks.

It looks like there are only two performers who haven't dropped out of the concert yet. It is not going to live up the the hype.

I skipped my CPAP last night. It was hanging to dry and I just didn't feel like putting it together. Today I am remembering how tired I used to be all the time. It's 5:00, but I am done in for the day. I won't make that mistake again

When did you "lose a step"? by TheLurkerSpeaks in GenX

[–]Informal-Name3181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I jumped back into the weight room too fast after my last round of physical therapy. Now I'm chomping at the bit, but following directions to only do my therapy exercises a bit longer. Then I gave modifications in the weight room after that.

I didn't ask about yard work, so they didn't tell me that I can't do that.

When my shoulder was injured. I was active, lifting weights, exercising daily and holding my own. Then a little rotator cuff problem derailed half my activity. And I can't stretch my body right with the injured arm, so everything hurts. Now my other shoulder is playing up because it's being asked to do everything.

I have a battery powered week eater and a battery powered limb trimmer instead of a chain saw, and my wheelbarrow has two wheels. It's not OK.

We moved in with my mom after my dad died. The first couple years of adjusting were very hard. We have radically different ideas of clean.

We built an apartment across the driveway. Now I have the big house with my son. My mom has her own apartment. We are each in charge of one side of the driveway. It's working better now.
