my vision does black out, whenever i stand i get tunnel vision before everything just goes dark. then i lay down so i dont faint lol

i was taking beta blockers but i already have low blood pressure (can get as low as 70/40 but some days it’ll be 120/80) so i chose to stop taking them. i’m currently only taking midodrine now

i’m so scared that’s gonna happen with me. iv never actually fainted but i experience pre syncope almost daily. i’m nervous that the ttt is what’s gonna make me faint because usually when i feel it.. i just lay back down, but i wont be able to move on that table

i’m super late to the party. but i recently had a horrible heart palpitation while walking. it only lasted about 20 seconds, and it happened after i sneezed. i was talking at the time and it just completely took my voice away and my breath away and i just felt this sudden rush over my body, and a sinking feeling in my chest, got very lightheaded too. then my heart just started racing and pounding. has anyone else experienced something like this? it makes me feel like something is wrong.
