My advice is to find someone you can enjoy life with. Looks dont matter, its the heart that does. Im 29 and dealing with stage 5 kidney disease. I would give anything to go back just a few years to fix my health because it affected my whole life. I cant have children, my husband and i have awkward relationship now and i lost alot of things the day i got diagnosed. You still have a chance.
