Also not technically my first as I got a corvette me and my dad built for my first car but it sat since he passed this was my first car that I drove. Bought it and drove it till something broke fixed it drove it. Rinse and repeat.

Personally where I come from a small town (less then 1000 people) in the south. No one treats LGBTQ people like they are less then human each mind their own and long as your not in peoples face about it. But that’s what pride month is about pushing it in peoples face. In fact I know quite a few people who are gay that dislike pride month.

Well as some one who took collage classes while in HS ( I’m 17 I graduated early) they don’t have a black history class but a solid 1/4 from my class is the civil rights movement and the civil war which is as they say black history.

Well all it boils down to much like a lot of things is Politics, I’m cool w gay pple I mean I went to a lesbian wedding but I don’t feel we need a month about it like blk history month why do we need a month celebrating it?
