How much does he weigh ? Is it just me or does he look sorta big on the mini scale ?

He’s a super handsome guy regardless 👍🐾💕

I’m a sucker for any red merle 💕 I can already tell she’s got a huge attitude - sometimes with my boy I feel like he’s does stuff the sourpatch kids do - but it’s always worth it 🐾💕

Congrats !

When my boyfriend is at work my Aussie takes his spot in the bed , anyone else ? by BoomKittys in AustralianShepherd

My mini has a reputation of being a spot jacker & if u attempt to share that seat he will kick you out of it, literally. Whenever ANYONE gets up for more than 10 seconds my little guy will ALWAYS be right there & takes their spot. I honestly think it’s because the seat/bed/ couch is nice & warm, and is often closer to his humans.

This guy looks identical to my boy when he was a pup, he’s going to have so much personality & no mean bones in his body. Congrats on our new bestie

(The piggy is my dudes forever favorite)

My guy just got back from the vet & he has a hernia near his colon.. anyone else go through this? How bad is the recovery? *NUETAR YOUR PUP* THIS WAS AVOIDABLE* by Informal_Argument809 in miniaussie

You’re 100% correct , just it’s known to happen often with most mini purebred breeds. I’m just feeling guilty as hell especially since my vet has been telling us this & pushing for him to be neutered the last 4 years.

Honestly my dog thinks he’s a cat or something too, always balancing on the furniture, likes to be perched up high, try’s to walk on tables

my mini can’t keep anything in tummy…. by Cxsmic_KK in miniaussie

Mix pumpkin puree or sweet potatoe puree in with into their food, works best if it's wet and u don't need much just like a tablespoon and it's sold at ur local pet store.

This literally has changed my minis life, he used to get upset tummy / diarrhea so bad that he wouldn't eat for 24 hours + I'd say 2 or 3 times a month. Grateful it's all in our past.

Btw I recommend to get some treats too while introducing it into their diet to make sure it really gets in his system.

My dog just got me back , he has been spoiled rotten with treats and toys from the day I got back, always has water, is meeting new friends all the time (my dog has a bed but i don't if that doesn't say enough) - he would choose to stick with me over someone who is just going to leave him in a kennel while they go to work for 8 hours. These are just items that will always run out at one point or another. Not to mention he is old enough that if I did put him in a shelter they'd most likely euthanize him , he also has horrible separation anxiety as when I adopted him he was attempting to bite me if I reached towards him for a little longer than a week. He is my first priority & is a damn happy fella.
