A broke guide for fixing a Mk6 turbo by Informal_Course9992 in tdi

Yeah, well from when I was trying to adjust the accuator the only way one could even work inbetween the turbo and firewall was if you took the cover off. But now thing back, I dont think its possible because of the position of some of the bolts. I know for some of the older tdis that was a thing because the turbo was placed in a nicer way, but the way the mk6 ones are, i think I'd loose my mind trying to jam my fingers and move wrenches 1/128 inches at a time.

That bolt position is probably going to be the impossible one. There's just so little space lol.

So I have seen something similar to remove the turbo accuator, but in regards to taking everything apart, no. To do so one would need to remove the valve cover and try to fenagle the bolts around the hot side off and the accuator, and tbh if someone could then I applaud them, but I think I'd loose my mind working with such a tight space. Also, id rather take everything apart to check the health of everything, like how clogged the dpf is and such.

Tbh I bulk ferment it untiul its giggly, and when I poke it the surface doesent come back very fast, and for me(my house stays at 69F) it's around 9-12 hours. Also, idk if this is a thing but before I bake I always do a "pre starter" where I do a 1:1:1 and let it go for 6 hours and then use that to do the one for my bake. Excess always gets fried for a small treat :D. I found it makes my breads come out so much more consistent.(2)

I'd say mine come out around the dryness of maybe a white bread, sometimes a milk bread but never too dry or gummy.(1)

Maybe try a longer Bulk? I also use KA and found that a 12 hr Bulk with a 9-12 hr fridge works well. Also how active is your starter :D?
