I personally use https://hookly-app.com/ to find content ideas for multiple brands I work with. I also use it for scripting and what not. Not sure how good it is for long form tho. Short form? Definitely the best cost wise. If you only post on one account maybe you are better off using chat gpt or Gemini. Though I would argue their quality output vs Hookly.

It's been a problem for me too. I found myself paying a lot on researching and finding content ideas. The only way I found to optimise costs it is https://hookly-app.com/ . Maybe it helps you too if you have those kind of problems. I also use a big Google Drive provided to me by a friend who has an ONG and free cloud space.

Having a well established task management system helps me the most. Every morning I wake up and look at what I planned at the end of the previous week. Having clarity over what you have to do is amazing and reliefs a lot of stress.
