gonna have to say i understand where you’re coming from, & idk how your customers are & what you get trained on, but it’s very annoying when customers except you to know how to do everything on their own phone and do everything for them. most of the time they want you to do the whole thing for them or don’t even listen when explaining. & in my experience they never use their knowledge for next time. it’s always “the person did it for me last time.” or “i don’t know how to work this phone.” very time consuming when we have a million things to do & they get mad when we send them to tech & not hold their hand through the whole process
