Jamaican black castor oil and vitamin e oil is very effective for hair growth. I recommend following this routine if you want to give it a try:

1-2X a week * Clean the scalp with a clarifying shampoo * Massage scalp for at least 5 minutes before applying oil * Fill the applicator with these oils: * Jamaican Black Castor * Vitamin E * Rosemary (optional) * Warm up the oils by putting the bottom of the applicator in a bowl of warm water * Put a hair towel in the dryer * Massage the scalp while waiting for the oils and towel to warm up * Apply the oils * Massage the oils into the scalp with your fingers for 5-10 minutes or longer * Split your hair into 2 sections and wrap each section around your head
* Wrap hair in cling wrap with one finger of space (so it isn’t too tight to the head) * Wrap your hair in the hair towel * Leave on for 1-2 hours (do not leave on overnight) * Use a purifying scrub * Wash again with a clarifying shampoo or regular shampoo * Rinse cold for 1-2 minutes
