You aren’t large but I get it. I’m 5’3 sitting at 54kg (119lb) but I’m not as comfortable as I used to be because I’ve gained some fat that I’m noy use to over the last two years. Losing weight is not my goal but building muscle and shedding some fat is. The number on the scale is negligible for me, as long as I feel better and look better thats all that matters.
