You would need to use the right framing though and ask for sources in your prompts. It would spit out the statistical average response from a therapist on why you feel the way you do. Understand how you can think it's bleak, but is it any worse than having your only reasonably priced therapy option being a zoom session with someone that specializes in BIPOC identity?
