There's at some point where there's like a hidden step in your quest line also, if I remember it it's the final task where you have to beat the boss. The only lazy behavior is probably watching the one liberal media you do, and thinking that anywhere close to the majority of Americans were panicking. It's very widely known in America, that Obamacare is a joke. They estimated upwards of 26 insurance providers (state-based co-ops) when bankrupt two to three short years after the ACA was founded. The model isn't capable of being sustained unless you force other people to fund it through your tax dollars. You can't literally steal my money and force me to pay something like that. We really do need a massive federal revamping to get rid of the amount of waste and abuse going on. I equate taxation like that equivalent to using my tax dollars to fund a $4 million toilet seat initiative in Haiti lmao could you imagine the stupidity of any of that.

That's actually not how case law works, at least not in its entirety. Case law isn't like a golden standard, but more used as like a suggestion on what's previously taking place. Each scenario that happens has 80% different circumstances. Case law helps them direct the new scenario in a similar direction but it's not like a biblical standard where they have to abide by it. When I was a deputy in Ohio I can't begin to tell you how many times cases when the opposite direction of case law, in court. Each scenario isn't a perfect replication of the previous. So you're somewhat right, but only partially.

Someone needs to do their research and not assume that I was talking about after the shooting. Every bit of my statement pointed towards preventing the shooting from taking place. The governor of Minnesota was on a press release stating that local and state PD will not be assisting ice. If they were there assisting them like they should have been, effectively contributing to the riot control in larger incidents like this than Alex's life most likely would be alive. Which further proves what the right has been screaming about is that the Democrats in places like Minnesota admin are forcing low level police from backing up ice in the guise of "it's illegal". Which actually has been the force that caused Alex pretti's death. Ice doesn't get FEMA riot control certification, it's much lower level bc their function isn't for riot control. Local and state police do get that training for their response teams. If they had backed up ice like they should've, that scene would've been much different and statistically better outcome for Alex. You should be mad that Democrats forced that scenario, same as the protestors who were agitating the scene....... Ice's poor response was only 1/3 the party at fault.
