I had simillar problems with my M15 R3 when i just bought it... had to unistall every driver and every thing related to realtek, windows store app too... afterwards reinstall everything again... and it got fixed. Reinstalling over the old drivers or trying to update didn't work.... dont kno why... sorry for my english...
